Hello,
Any one here feel like there mind if alway running with static and your trying to go about your day but everything bothers you? I don't know how to deal with all this. I'm afraid my fiancé might leave me for this. I feel like I'm holding on to my hair and screaming. |

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Have you discussed this with your mental healthcare team. Perhaps you should. Mindfulness may be away of grounding yourself and soothing the heightened anxiety you feel.

Hi ccdiz welcome to the site... I am also a newbie and after I dig into this website it helps me to really understand that I am not alone at all.. did you know that anxiety turns into fear and then that can go to unnessasary anger and then that can go to rage..... Wow! now ponder where the anxiety came from? try to take a deep breath it helps.. welcome...
