I have these feelings that are hard to explain. Somewhat insecurity but I get this intense feeling that I need something to comfort me but I feel like an outsider. Like even my loved ones can't provide me the comfort I need. I feel very alone and sad at times and I guess just generally unsettled. It's a very disturbing feeling.

Hello, it could be depression or anxiety, I'm sorry you are feeling so bad. Do you have a therapist to talk to? You won't feel so alone here. Hugs.

Thanks guys. I don't currently have a therapist. Waiting until my husband's insurance at new job kicks in.
