I find myself feeling really emotional. Part of it may be my medication. I find myself feeling really tearful and emotional because I’m not in someone’s life. Likewise they are not in mine.

(((palsera))) I think the best thing to do is get your mind on other things and other people--keep busy!
Thanks for this!

@Cathy, that's a sign of cycle of self abuse.

When I miss those people, I cry. I just let it out. It sucks doing that places like in the gym or yoga or even the grocery store, over the small things that come up that were between the two of us. At the gym I can just work harder and the sweat covers it up mostly. In yoga nobody notices except the instructors, but I'm told they're used to it. Yoga releases a lot of stored emotions, not just stress.
I should be embarrassed by my tears in public, and at times I certainly am. I just let it out anyway.
That's what I do. I don't know if it's healthy to do this in public but I should know. Is it?
