What is something cringeworthy you said or did that you regretted later?
I called my therapist back and I said “yeah I’ll talk to you over the phone so I don’t have to pay.” I was not thinking at all. I was mortified a few hours later when I realized what I had said. I called back and left another message and apologized. |
