Does anyone else experience moments where everything is moving very slow but at the same time it’s all very aggressive? My whole body becomes very heavy and I can’t really move. In the moment, everything gets very loud and then causes full panic attack. The shortest amount of time that it has lasted is 5 mins. Then the longest is about 30 mins. All I can really do is just stay where I am let it pass. I am just trying to find out if anyone else has experienced this before. Also, if they know what exactly causes it. I have heard my friend call it a sensory overload. Is this something that I should bring up with my therapist or physicist? I just really want answers.

Hello there! I think you may consult your therapist that will help.

A physicist and a therapist could be helpful.
