What are some embarrassing moments from the past that you look back at now and laugh at and may even think it really wasn't as bad as it may have seemed at first? Just wondered.

Nothing. Ha just kidding.

My first boss told me that I smelled. It wasn't my fault literally I was trying a natural under arm product and since I was new they had me out doing various training things from the time I arrived - I didn't get lunch or a bathroom breaks and the Product clearly didn't work on the day I needed it. I had no idea I would be running around the place all day without breaks.

But, it was MORTIFING...

now, that boss is gone and I am over it.
Thanks for this!

I try to laugh, but I still get really embarrassed over stuff In the past.

The other day though, I joked about something embarrassing I had said a few minutes ago. It really made me feel better.

Today at the hair dressers I accidentally walked to a different station. My mom was telling me I was going the wrong way, and she was being loud and the place was packed.

I was so embarrassed. I asked the hair dresser if she switched stations, even though I had just forgotten she had switched.

So joking about it or admiting I was wrong, can really help relive the anxiety or embarrassment.
Thanks for this!
