I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for. In your first post, in this thread, you asked about psychologists. Then in your second post you said psychiatrists. Also, the fact you live in Russia may be a complicating factor I suppose.

Here's a link to Psych Central's "Find a Therapist" page in case that can be of any help:

Find a Therapist & Psychological Help | Psych Central

And then here's a link to a website that offers both on-line psychiatry services & on-line psychological services. I have to emphasize I've never used this & don't know anything about it. But perhaps it may be something for you to check out:

Psychiatry - See a Psychiatrist Online - LiveHealth Online

Also here's another webpage that lists several on-line psychology services:

Top Online Psychologist Services | E-Counseling.com

There are probably others you can find on-line too. These are just a couple I was able to find searching on Bing. Good luck!

You mentioned that "they" don't help you. To whom are you referring?

I doubt that there are legitimate psychiatrists online to prescribe medication, but there are certainly online therapists who will provide psychotherapy.

Skeezyks gave you some excellent links. You might also try the site 7 cups of tea.

In my opinion, however, finding mental health help in real life is best.

I don't know about psychiatrists (as in doctors who prescribe medicine), but my therapist is online and he's pretty good. He has a specialty and works with international clients.
