Okay so Iv been in a stressful environment and caused me to have manic episodes. I find it hard to explain myself and get nervous a lot lately. Does anyone know what is that as a mental illness? Or do I Just keep positive and hopefully recover

Can you see a therapist? Try to minimize the stress. Boy, these are trying times.

I was actually talking to my therapist today on video camera. If I was to explain my problem what would she have to do to make sure the voices do not bother me any more

Did you tell her about the voices? You should.

Can you see a therapist? Try to reduce the stress. Stressful life events can trigger bipolar disorder in someone with a genetic vulnerability. These events tend to involve drastic or sudden changes—either good or bad—such as getting married, going away to college, losing a loved one, getting fired, or moving.
