Last night I lost control and I took cough syrup at 3:30 in the afternoon, then a melatonin at midnight, my 80 mil Geodon at 1, more cough syrup at 2, and a Xanax at 3. I feel kinda funny right now. I have a bad headache that isn’t going away with Advil and my chest kinda feels like it’s going to cave in. I just started an antibiotic tonight and I took the first dose 20 minutes ago. I don’t think it’s an emergency though. But I don’t know what to do. I had planned on just sleeping everything off.

What kind of cough syrup.....something like DayQuil is generally ok with APs but NyQuil I believe has an adverse reaction.....I’d call your doc or even poison control to find out if it’s an emergency....also a lot of cough syrup has alcohol which shouldn’t be mixed with Xanax and could be an emergency if it’s own.....

I think I’m ok physically. It was Nyquil HPB. Not sure about mental health wise at least according to my therapist. She says I need an assessment at the psych hospital but I’m not going.
