Can anyone recommend online chat rooms for support or just chat?

I know that My Support Forums has one, and I regularly lean on IAmAlive, and I've tried the Discord server (I feel like I'm much older than other folks on there).

But I'm in New Zealand and with daylight savings, when I most want/need to talk to someone, everyone else is asleep.

When I'm like /this/ *gestures at self doing very not so well* I find my only way of calming down is talking with others, as meditation and other methods of distraction don't seem to help.

I've also tried the national helpline here, but it's well known and from my own experience can attest it's a joke and not worth anyone's time.
