I'm thinking of opening up a thread in the C-PTSD corner to track a journal, here on MSF. Are journals allowed (just a single thread for the entire journal)?

I’m sure I’ve seen threads in the past which individuals have created to chart their experiences, a bit like a journal.

I should start a journal really

I just don't think anyone would read it. my life is so boring I often wonder if this is the simulated practice
