For a migraine and a blood pressure of 137/102? I've just been lying down in the dark for the last hour.

I've been getting nonstop migraines and my blood pressure has been high for awhile. I'm seeing the eye doctor on Wednesday and my pcp is trying to figure out some other stuff.

I just keep waiting for things to temporaily pass. I took my blood pressure a few minutes ago and it was 124/91

Your headaches might be due to high blood pressure. I suffered from headaches until my blood pressure got under control. Now I barely ever have headaches. See a doctor about your blood pressure asap

Bp can fluctuate, the first figure you gave the bottom number is high but the top one only moderately. Sometimes if you are in pain your bp will rise from the stress of that though so it could even be a response to the migraines rather than the cause. Usually a Dr will will either get you to record home readings or will put a monitor on you to get a better picture of what is happening.

I called my doctors office. The nurse asked if I was having any headaches or if I was dizzy and I said yeah to both. She said she'd tell my doctor. She said I could come in but I think I'd rather hear what he has to say first.

Edit: he got back and he is putting me on something. He said to keep taking my blood pressure and if its still high to call back.
