hi i am 22 and new here. i'm from europe and i joined this forum because i am trying to fix my mental health and i do have a question since i am really confused. i tried posting this question before but it did not work and i never really was on any online forum so i kinda feel like a fish out of water
![]() how do i find the right corner or thread or place to make a post where i can explain my situation and get advice, i just am incredibly overwhelmed with this and i slowly get more anxious since i don't know how to navigate here. could anyone please help me and maybe take some time out of their day to explain this website a little to me? If not that is also okay but it would help me a lot... |

Hi @confusedbeing - welcome to MSF. I am glad you joined the community. So far you seem to be doing well having posted two times.
There are many forums here https://mysupportforums.org/ and you may want to browse the categories to find one related to oyur question. I find when I read other people's posts I sometimes get interested and reply to them or do a thread like you have done here. I moved your other thread to New Member Introductions here how do i post at the right place is this even the right place? You may notice that your posts do not appear immediately because the first 5 posts of new members are reviewed by volunteers and approved. After you have 5 approved post then your posts appear immediately. You also can reply to this post and include @CANDC in your message you type so I know that it is posted in reply. CANDC
