very overcast, slippery, cold with drizzle causing more slippery spots and many accidents...

12 degrees F, no wind chill, don't know what our Barometric Pressure is...

in the house it is about 72 degrees, dry and staticy.

Today the sun was shining and it got into the 30s. Some of the snow even melted, well turned slushy. So that means it'll be icy tonight and tomorrow morning! I'm ready for Spring

We are supposed to get more snowed on tonight & tomorrow. We got out last beautiful little snow storm last Thursday & today it just melted....so tonight.....we are getting another snow storm....it's been this way since the beginning of December.

Everyone says how unusual it is to be like this here in KY.....but it sure is beautiful.....I am so enjoying the snow this winter.

Can sure relate to the static though.....every time my dogs touch me with their wet noses.....ZAP!!!!!!....ouch to my poor doggies noses.

We're having snow all day, maybe 4+ inches. I hope it's not too bad as I want to go out tomorrow and/or Friday.

LOL it is soooooo shivery cold here another gray quiet slushy and/or icy 17 degree day, but at least we are no longer in Manhattan where they are about to get pummeled with an urgent weather warning storm from 10 this morn to 6 tomorrow night!!!! ewwwww! It is very, very "creepy-pretty" when the city shuts down...but glad not to be there, little scary....it is just so isolating here in this little mt village. Im about to roflol for no good reason, just a little stir crazy....im perking up though just thinking that January....we've almost made it through!!!! and February is a short month, so for all of us who planted tulips soon there will be some restlessness.....Valentines day then 1/2 a month.... I feel better ...brea-king-it-down!!! like that! Thanks for listening!!! Apple has this really cute free weather app called swackett as in sweater/jacket ...it is super cute, sooo informative, used pictures for kids of what you should look like if you go outside, and give crazy detailed weather warnings for every county in country!!!! very cool and did I say FREE! (Grumpya n wise too!!!!!)

We got three or four inches of snow last night, less than expected, but the temperature stayed around freezing, so the snow is slushy and icy. Many lost electrical power, and the federal government employees have the option of coming as much as two hours late. High today maybe 40° F so some will melt.

The sun is shining and we are suppose to get above 30. It's nice that some of the snow is melting, but also stinks b/c at night it turns to ice.

2-3 inches of snow up here in Northeast PA. The southern part of the state was not so lucky, though, I hear they are shoveling 11-13 inches.

We're finally going to get some winter like weather (rain) this week ater it being so hot, dry, & windy at least 3 weeks.

I always like to either hear or watch the rain fall from a warm, cozy place indoors.
