By the way, I'm just finishing up the last parts of this documentary on youtube, called "Grass: the History of Marijuana". It came out back in 1999, but it's really interesting.
If anyone gets a chance, I recommend watching it sometime.
It's kinda funny too.

The only reason I wouldn't want weed legalized is because it will become just another thing the government can slap taxes on, it would just feel less...spiritual? Anyway, I digress. I have no patience with people who spend their time harping on about how bad weed is. It's the only way I can stay relaxed and keep my head during my college years!

Same here. Some of the stuff doctors prescribe you is much worse. Even legal alcohol is worse. Heck, even Ramen noodles have worse chemicals in them compared what is in weed (yeah, they don't make you high, but they will upset your hormonal balance).

weed is not addictive psychically. And the worst thing that can happen is you are gonna eat a lot.

Thanks for the link paint... I look forward to watching it. I ran across it tonight when I was looking for something else on YouTube so interesting you should mention it.

I haven't read the whole thread.... will catch up next time.... but I personally believe mj is effective as a medicine with controlled use. Over consumption, not so good. I am not a very controlled user when I use. I wish I were because it is the best sleep and anxiety aide going. Its just that I like being stoned too much and can't use it just as a medicine. I use it to define my state of being and when I have it I use it almost 24-7. Even though I know it could put me to sleep I don't because I am too at peace with everything to want to waste any of it sleeping. This is really risky for me because if I don't sleep it could trigger a mood swing that will eventually end in a crash. More then a couple of weeks of my over consumption and a mood swing is almost inevitable.

If I could just get myself to control how I use it I would do more then binge every few months or so.
Thanks for this!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
