Today I'm working on ideas for new tattoos that I would like to get. I have 3 already, and I really do enjoy them, and would like to get more on my right arm, eventually.

I haven't been around much the last few days because I don't even know where I am to be honest. I don't feel like I'm here.

So, to try and reach out to you all in whatever way I could I figured I'd start a thread about my tattoos. I can't seem to connect with anything else right now. But I wanted you all to know that I care and I am thinking about you.

Strange way to show it, huh?

I really like vintage botanical prints, flowers and safari animals. I love giraffes and elephants. And I'd love to get a bouquet right in the middle of my right outer arm, not sure what the technical term is there. I also love Art Nouveau, so I'm going to try to incorporate that in somehow. A matryoshka doll would be cool, I've always found them to be so beautiful, and as I get older, highly symbolic. Maybe an image of the sun and some birds, I do love the sky.

Not sure there's a point here, I'm sure you can tell that I don't seem "myself", but that's just the way it goes sometimes. I'll be back eventually.

((((((((( loveregardless ))))))))) Hope you have not strayed far. I was a bit concerned about the sailor talk with a floral bent.

Be well, my friend.

Tattoos suggestions? I'm partial to felines. Surprised? If I was brave enough, I would get a cheetah. Surprise again.

I hope you feel like yourself again soon.

Nah, the sailor talk is the normal "me". I just tone it down to be PC, no pun intended.

I'm a complex, contradictory creature my friend.

I am about 75% sure I want a russian doll on my outer upper arm, with flowers in the doll or surrounding it. I still don't know what that darn muscle is called. I'd google it, but I just don't care that much, lol.

I'm feeling better this evening. This morning was weird. This week has been weird.

Life is weird.

Just a word of caution, if you go with the Russian doll, some may want to see the smaller ones inside.

((((((Lovey Dovey))))))

I love tattoos, I have one, it will probably be the only one I ever have, lol I just can't think of anything else to get, or anywhere else to put a tattoo.

The russian doll sounds really neat, I"m sorry you haven't been feeling well, I hope things are better now,

by the way, I second that motion, life is one strange brew....

Maybe you could do the smaller dolls down the arm...in case someone wants to see inside the big doll? You could have flower vines that connect the dolls...just a weird thought.

that is pretty cool stranger.

I have an idea of how I want it to look, I just have to get hubs to draw it for me. I tried and it didn't go so well.

If I were to ever get a tattoo, I would put it on the bottom of my foot. The message would read: Walking helps you stay in touch with your sole.

This is the one I got for my husband as a present. It's on the top of my left foot. Which btw I would not recommend this spot for people with a low tolerance for pain, especially since it took an hour to do.

This is my favorite one. It's from the cover of "The Skies of Pern" by Anne McCaffrey.
