im thankful for another day off work! For a little peace and quiet (however short lived) im grateful for my ceiling fan and sweet smelling soap. Im grateful to feel not so bad today.

i am thankful that i live in a country which is so rich and generous that i am able to focus on my recovery with so many supports, and not have to be a homeless refugee at risk of every natural and human danger~
