My husband and I have been trying to buy a house for the last three months and we finally got acceptance on a property, but the bank has sent us a counter offered - and with that we are now a little confused until the lender office opens tomorrow and I can talk to some one.
If there is any one online tonight that can help us out a little tonight with what our new total closing cost would be please reply ASAP! Details of Transaction: Sale Price: $62,000 Loan Amount: $61,176.00 Down Payment: $2,170.00 Estimated Prepaids: $1,589.43 Estimated Closing Cost: $4380.41 ....... LESS-Seller's Concession Needed: $3720.00 (closing cost & prepaids) ....... LESS-Seller's Closing Cost: $834.00 (stamps, deed, and title) Total Cash to Close: $3586.02 Banks New Counter Offer: They will pay $1860.00 toward closing cost They will give us a two year home warranty FREE We will pay $1,000 deposit at contract, with rest due at closing. I got it all figured out..... but I have to say this real estate stuff is really hard and confusing at the same time - with all the questions I am asking I think I just may be learning more than my agent knows - lol.
