I think my stomach feels squishier than usual, I can't stop smooshing it around all the time. But I'm also worried it's just in my head because I want to believe it. Does anyone on here have experience in losing weight and can tell me if that's a sign of weight loss? I bought some scales last week, but they are only crappy scales and give me a different reading to what the scales at the doctor read.
I know this is a bit of a random question...

It doesn't matter if the scales aren't the same as the doctor's; they're the same as themselves so, over time, will show the same loss/gain. I don't think squishy stomachs mean much, LOL.

Hi, Evening! Good to hear that you are losing!
I had some old scales when I started this Medifast diet two weeks ago. Each time I got on them, I weighed differently, sometimes more, sometimes less. I went to Walmart and bought some digital scales for under $20. They are great, easy to read, and even show the ounces lost.

How are your clothes fitting? I bet you believe you are losing weight because you are, you must be doing some healthy things and choices

Evening...good luck with releasing weight...

I stopped saying "losing" because I have a habit of finding things that I've lost...now I release weight and don't invite it back...
