you say it like this

What bothers me most is not one single person other than yourself thought that I might be very worried, even though my mood is set to "Stressed"

Bless you (I didn't sneeze, but I probably would have some snuff in my pocket if anyone was complaining about me not sneezing).

As that was cryptic, I'll just say it means I think it is a very nice thing to say, that is, "bless you" when someone sneezes. The reason is deeper than the oceans themselves and I don't fully understand but I'm not worried about the precise reasons as I know when something sounds or looks right for some reason - maybe that is my "gift" from the universe to help me survive, I'm not sure.
