Ok, I'm not sure where to put this, so here goes . .
I was thinking how it was weird that I cried at one of my brothers wedding, but not the other's. But then again, I was a bridesmaid at the second and only could see my brother's face. And just now I was thinking how I get more emotional at peak moments in tv shows and movies than I do at things in my own life. I'm usually detached emotionally, yet more prone to anger than tears. Though often my anger ends up turning into tears. I don't know if that's a disorder or a personality type, but thinking about both (that and not crying at my 2nd brothers wedding) has been bothering me. Yet, I was really excited and had to stop myself from smiling the whole time at the wedding too. |

I would not allow this to bother you often when you are part of an event such as your brothers wedding it will make you smile this makes for a happy group in photographs
If you are not a part of such an event then that would be something to make you sad or angry or upset and as you commented your anger usually turns to tears but you do suppress your anger Being the sister of a brother being married would bring about the expectation that you would be a bridesmaid and to not be asked would hurt you There is nothing wrong with not crying when you were obviously happy Heleni
