Today I'm auditioning for Hairspray at our community theatre. I'm hoping the tendentious in my knee doesn't flare up - should be a good test of whether or not I'm going to be able to do the show.
The only other thing that might stop me (besides not getting cast lol) is I'm trying to buy a house. If things start progressing quickly with that this week I'll pull my card (pulling your audition card means you no longer want to be cast in the show). I have until Tuesday evening to decide that part. I'm excited

Wow...let us know!!!!! I love to act but havn't for a long while due to some physical issues. I plan on coming back one day to do this life again and I definately will study acting!!!!! You are very lucky!!!!! I hope things work out!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, we will never know if I would have made Hairspray. I went tonight and pulled my audition card because I got the phone call today letting me know I'd have the financing so... I'm going to buy a house!

I've got an appointment this afternoon to go look at houses with my agent. Maybe I should start a new thread since this now has really nothing to do with auditions lol :-)
