I haven't slept yet (it's 4:30 am)... I was just about to fall asleep when I was wide awake and had to get up out of bed... turned the tv on and voila' ... the earthquake had hit Japan. I'm a sensitive and when there's such unrest in the world, I sense it.

The subsequent tsunami warnings for Hawaii (glad my son is no longer stationed there) but also for the west coast of the USA.

And what now? The weather service has just put ME under a A Red Flag Warning which Means that Critical Fire Weather Conditions
Are Either Occurring Now, Or Will Shortly. A Combination Of
Strong Winds, Low Relative Humidity, And Warm Temperatures Will
Create Explosive Fire Growth Potential.

Ahhh but at least it's nice and cool here in South Florida... 53 degrees F.

Well, with all that - I hope you were eventually able to get some sleep.

Crying isn't a sign of weakness. It's a sign of having tried too hard to be strong for too long.
