I think I saw here there is an anger management chat. Or I am seeing things.... Cuz if I did, when is it? Cuz I am starting to blow up at everyone and every thing.. the anger surfaced.. I would very much like to go to that anger management chat that is if someone that is angry can attend????

thank you

If not anger management classes I need to tape and record every discussion I have with anyone and everyone.. ha!

According to the schedule on the Calendar (on the navigation bar), it is on Fridays but was cancelled this past Friday because the chat leader was not feeling well.

Maybe posting in the Coping with Emotions forum might help?
