I finally gathered all the courage and found myself one of the best psychotherapist in town. . . . Well at least that's what google search showed me. . . .
I've an appointment for tomorrow n i'm death scared. . . . The Hospital where Doctor sits is way n i mean way far away from my house. . . . N appointment's for early morning. . . . dont know how i will reach there. . . . but i just know i have to. . . . Oh god im soooooooo nervous. . . . . and death scared. . . . |

No. . . . It could be more. . . . I have a continuous feeling things are gonna go wrong. . . . and things generally do when i have such feelings. . . . Sort of a gut instinct. . . . I had a talk with the Doc. . . . And i couldn't even talk to him properly so i told him I will talk to him when i come to his clinic. . . . I'm not sure what is gonna happen. . . . I wanna bury my head in a pillow and scream real loud. . . .

Maybe write down some notes so you can keep yourself on track when you meet the doc. What are you afraid will happen? What is the worst thing that can happen?

Yeah i will do that but i din't even ask doc what he specializes in. . . . Tried telling him social anxiety and Other problems. . . . He couldn't hear me properly due to disturbance in the phone. . . . And told me he takes care of all the problems that general doctors don't take care of. . . . I'm really scared. . . . What if smthing bad happens to me. . . . Noone will be knowing where im i feel like crying now. . . .

I promise you, that won't happen! He will probably do a consultation...ask you questions and maybe have you fill out some paperwork, that's all! Therapists specialize in talking....that is what he will do, talk. He wouldn't get positive reviews on the internet if there was anything off about him. I know you will be safe. Do you have someone who can go with you?

I just called up his secratory he turned out to be a psychotherapist of children. . . . im doomed. . . . all my efforts wasted. . . . c i knew smthing was gonna go wrong. . . . why do things always go wrong with me i dnt know. . . .

Don't give up, okay? I know looking for help takes a lot of energy, but it will benefit you! Is there someone IRL who can help you with this? Don't look at this as a failure, more of a stumble. You went through the searching process once so you can do it again. I know sometimes things get overwhelming, those are the times we need to find the last little bit of strength we have and keep moving forward. Hopefully that T will provide you with a good list of references. You are doing the right thing in looking for help. That is a big first step and I'm proud of you!
