I was sitting here musing about being too cheap and too lazy to go to the store to buy something good to eat (good usually equals candy unless it equals pizza, and sometimes I square that equation by eating both in the same meal). Anyway, I thought the only sweet thing I had in the house is unsweetened applesauce. Nice, but a bit bleh. Then I remembered, I have a whole bag of miniature marshmallows! Apples are healthful but candy is dandy!

Actually regular size marshmallows are a component in my all-time favorite snack. Put extra crunchy peanut butter on a regular saltine cracker then add one big marshmallow and broil it in the oven until the marshmallow is toasted. Actually, I do 4-5 at a time! With ice cold milk, this is absolutely delicious!
