This is going to sound stupid but I'm just wondering whether or not it is a good thing to wear a bra whilst sleeping or not. I don't at the moment but I know friends who do. Also I have been told it isn't good.
I'm just curious.

I don't think its neither good nor bad..just uncomfortable. I know when I get home I take mine off......feels so good!!
For you do whatever you want re: this. Its o.k. either way and I don't think wearing a bra to bed is bad.....but remember it won't help either!!

Have a great weekend!!
Hugs;
Dee

The only time I ever wore a bra to bed was when I was breast-feeding my babies. It provided some support that felt good for that situation.

But otherwise, I agree with missbelle. So much more comfortable to not wear a bra except when absolutely necessary! (I bet bras were invented by men)

Have you asked your friends why they wear one to bed? If they believe it will keep their breasts from sagging later in life... nothing stops gravity!

Plus, do you really want to wake up with the impressions left on your body from the bra?

It's not really comfortable to wear one to bed... unless it's a sports bra... I do have a friend that does because hers are so big it hurts NOT to wear one...

I shudder at even the thought. One of my chief delights at the end of the day is taking my bra off. I can't imagine sleeping with one on. Just wouldn't be comfortable.

Thanks for the input. It was just a question that I wanted to see everyone's opinions to.

I sleep with one on, just because it makes me feel more protected but that just might be me being paranoid. Unless I'm like really sunburned on my back or shoulders or something, or I'm alone in the house. Really just depends on the person, and it's fine either way.
