I really need someone to talk to but dont no how to get into a chatroom

Once you are able to get into chat, go to the top of the top of the screen where it says Forums, Groups, Photos, etc., and you will see Chat. The chat icon has a drop down list of different rooms, if you are in need of some real support the best room to go to is Support Chat. One thing to take note of is that people aren't always in chat, there are more people at certain times of the day.
