I have come to realize that moods change so often it's hard to keep up with. I'm so giddy right now, it's unbelievable! I actually got 15 hrs of uninterupted sleep last night, and I feel great. I'm going to see my shrink today - really needed him yesterday, but it's never too late.

so anyway, how's everyone else's day going?
