Many articles refer to various areas and functions of the brain. Kayt Sukel, a freelance writer, has authored a neuroanatomy primer here: http://www.dana.org/printerfriendly.aspx?id=33690

The primer has a detailed image of the anatomy and functional areas of the brain. Even with the detail, terms regularly employed by authors in other articles were absent. Albeit, I appreciate having a source that helps me better understand in simplistic terms what is going on in various areas of the brain.

The article may be of interest to those seeking to increase their basic understanding of such a complex structure.
Thanks for this!
