Today we found a little bird in the yard that cant fly so we put him in a box with food, water, and a blanket so tomorrow we can hopefully bring him to an animal place that will help him. Even though it has been 6 hours I have grown quite attached to him and I really do hope he will be okay! If you could send some love toward him! Thanks

Are you certain that the bird is hurt?

Even if the little bird is not hurt here cum some
  just don't get too attatched to the wee bird afterv all it is a wild creature.Also try not to keep looking at it or handling it as it most probably will be in some sort of shock and that can kill a wild bird quicker then say if it's injured.GOOD LUCK keep us updated

Thanks guys! We let him go today, he couldn't fly 100% (pretty close though) but he can get into the trees in the forest (especially the pine trees; he eats pine seeds from the cones) so we figured it would be best for him to be in the wild.
