Ok, I just signed up for TOPS to loose weight. I weight 170 lbs today and I finally HAD to realize that I need help with loosing weight before it gets out of hand!
Depressing!

Thanks! I joined that specific group since my mother in law goes to one like this, just in a different state. I hope this will also be a chance to get out of the house and meet people.

Good for you! Just getting out will do you good. I had to force myself to get out and it has gotten so much better. take care!
