Today I will tell myself that I'm lucky to have all that i do.

today i will tell myself stay calm. the work place won't change, we wont stop complaining and just again say you're tired of listening to the complaints over and over. i need to have more faith in myself to leave. he needs more faith in himself as well but i need to work on my own. i can encourage him but i need to work on my own.

Work on empathy.

Stop the mental whining, and count my blessings.

Same as the other day. Be honest with myself. If sometimes the crap looks as if it might hit the fan then realize that it bloody well might. Recognize and acknowledge the reality of the situation and hopefully avoid the consequences.

I haven't taken this advice many many times. Taking it MUST produce something other than what I'm so used to.

I dunno...that makes SOME[?] sense. Probably just lip service to myself but I'll try to spend at least a little more time considering choices and likely outcomes. Maybe longer truthful contemplation will stall or avoid some of the aforementioned crap.

Today i will tell myself-- break time is needed-- take a breath.... reanalyze some thoughts- come back down (or up) to the middle area-... just because there was a slip today it is going to happen-- Don't expect everything to happen at once.

Today went pretty good, can I get tomorrow too and make it a winning streak?

It is ok to have an opinion. And every opinion is not necessarily a "trigger"...and it is NOT acceptable to use someone's struggles against them...because then we become inhuman in the other person's eyes - incapable of forming a coherant thought or speaking a rational word. It is extraordinarily invalidating, insensitive and cruel. And totally unacceptable.

No wonder people that struggle with mi feel so stigmatized and shamed.

To remain confident and try to stay balanced. Remember to see things from other's point of view, and make sure what I try to do for them is really what they want, instead of just assuming.
