well..the big ugly...my cylopic van (it has a broken windshield) decided to pick today to alternate between having the oil pressure gauge & temp gauge fluctuate...normally they are both rock steady.

it does have a slow leak in the cooling system..but it has had that since i got it in 2005...yesterday i dumped more coolant in it so it had some..i put more oil in it so that should have been ok too..still it was iffy. made an appt for it to go see the love of it's life..eddie, master mechanic.

i so can not afford any repair work this month...(ok any month but especially this one)

therapy didn't go so well...so that didn't help earlier...

& to top it off my crappy neighbor was out being crappy...

oh & the dog still has stitches...until next omday

yeah i'm not feeling it...

st pat's day is this weekend which is a huge trigger for me.

yeah...it has not been a great day...& it's only half way thru...

Oh stumpy, I'm sorry you are having such a crappy 1/2 day so far. That leaves the second half to get better though

I'm sending my T's & P's your way.

((((Stumpy)))))

Hate days like that. That's good news about Stumpy's stitches coming out on Monday.

My car is on the fritz as well so I bought a lotto ticket out of desperation and despite knowing the odds. I had to laugh as I won $3.00. At least it will pay for another ticket. If the next comes through, perhaps can help get both our cars plugged.

Here's to hoping that to today will be better today and in the days ahead. Hang in there.

Stumpy, I hope today is a better day for you and me both. I didn't get the job I interviewed for so more apps for this kid today. I hope your van is alright, I totally hate car problems. At least your baby is healing good after surgery, one thing to be thankful for. take care.

good news is that i caught the engine seizing before it totally died ...& poured massive fluids into it & then i guess an air bubble got into the cooling system (or something terribly technical like that)..so much for the idiot gas guy who checked the oil & said 'oh it's fine"

so a massively expensive oil change + a little work later the 19.5 year old big ugly van is back & running...still needing brakes & a windshield...but hey it's moving.

2 weeks ago i started to bring up some things with my t that have made me feel so edgy & tense & now full of rage...it's all good & on the way towards healing but but it's stirred up some huge chunks of emotion. not handling it well..plus st pat's is a major trigger for me...the repair has left me with little cash now & i'm just majorly stressed & ugly.

not a happy camper...

Is it a...Windstar? I have one of those. Had to sell my pickup due to some rough times and replaced it with this. Money pit. I don't like electrics. This clunker used to be power everything. It isn't now. Only good thing is the engine. That model has a decent run forever motor according to the reviews. [powerful dependable albeit a guzzler] The rest is get away with what you can quality-wise' FORD junk. Ford....never...again. I can't afford to run my bike this summer so seeya Winnie! Take a rest ya rust flecked hulk of poor mileage! I'm ridin'!! I'll worry about winter whenever.
