the Verilux light; it is so dark outside and I am so grateful for the light especially now that the sun is not up in the morning until much later. I miss the sun, need it, and so the light helps me to get my day going better.

I went to my learning strategy appointment this morning. We worked on my study goals for the week and prepared a daily schedule. Now, I have two tasks to accomplish today.
I walked out with a whole bunch of Post-it notes. |

I woke up and all my parts are still with me. My dog and Hubby woke up as well and appear to have all their parts too.
