I took my little pug Suzee for a long walk and spent some time talking to another dog owner. It was pleasant and unusual, most of the dog walkers around here are anti-social!

Awww, so cute!

I saw a woman walking her two Jack Russells this morning.

I imagined if I ever had a dog again, it would have to be a Jack Russell (my space is too small for a large dog - Staffie - that could keep up with my crazy kitty).

I imagined the two of them walking along next to each other ... lol! it made me laugh. I think I definitely could get kitt-eh to walk on a harness if faced with some smartie pants competition!

I just don't know if I could survive the two of them together

Jack Russells are high energy dogs and need lots of running space. We owned two jack russells in a suburban neigghbourhood wiht a good backyard but that was not enough. If you love jack russells, be prepared for frequent activity with them or small areas will have them attacking things and running crazy just to burn energy. Jack Russells are better raised in large land areas where they can run.

I spent some time in the yard raking after school and the brisk sunny air made me feel good and then I went on a nice walk with my pup Bixby.

Might be going to visit an old friend from High School. Me and her used to be really close, then things happened and we stopped talking for 3+ years. Hopefully it will go well, and things may start getting better.. Pray that my anxiety doesn't take over as soon as I get there..

My back Dr. decided it's time for a MRI of my mid back. Hopefully we can figure out what's going on.

Coworker joked around with our crises line at work, it's for business crises, but he joked like he'd be calling it for his personal crises... Other coworker said that he would try to take it but wait no, he'd call me to take that call cuz i'd do better with it

I think some do see me as being helpful like that, I'm just in transition maybe..... I know some of my coworkers know, I sometimes wonder about psychology as a field to get in..

It's not to poke fun of mi.. or I didn't see it that way....

It felt nice to be told, in hypothetical ways, I'm helpful with that sort of stuff...
I wonder if the one coworker said that, due to a letter I wrote him when his wife died, it was very emotional as in compassionate, and sincere to his situation...... I was on my lamactal trip when I wrote that...... I felt so sad for him...

But yeah, nice thought, someone thinks I could help others.....

I ate lunch too
