My harp teacher picked up my Storm king, and she's going to tune it and get it into playable shape for me, and then deliver it to me at St. Clare's sometime in the next couple of weeks.

Air conditioning and a really short duration power cut. *knocking on wood as she types*

Editing because I thought of other happy things. (Warning for diet related stuff.)

1. I had a dessert that was compatible with my diet for the first time in all the time I've been on said diet. The restaurant I went to was really loud, and very hesitantly I attempted to tell the waiter I wanted the brownie-with-whipped-cream without the brownie (>_>) and not only did he hear, he was very reassuring and despite that I was out alone in a pub type place (which for a woman in India at 10:30 pm is a weird thing) it was a painless and yummy experience. So I'm really satisfied and guilt-free about the diet for the first time in a loooooooooong time.

2. I fit into old, smaller sized underwear. And, if I do say so myself, I looked pretty damned good.

i have rationalized in my head of work last night--- I am being responsible with buying what was broke on my shift, even if it was a freak accident and even if we should not have been doing but we were told to by the upper-- if it turns out that upper up was in the wrong for having us do what she has been asking, then I am just out of 25, if it is just and accident that happened, I have paid my debt of what happened... it's a good thing trust me

Plus I ate ice cream :-P
