was able to fight the urge to self harm

I sat among management at work and actually talked about general social stuff without feeling anxious.

broken central air just blown fuse

I called a friend who I haven't talked to in 7 months I promised her when I felt better I would call her. Who knew it would take so long.

Went swimming and had strawberry shortcake for dessert

I woke up to a beautiful clear blue sky and no construction noise like yesterday. Only birds.

my cat is sleeping by my feet... even though I am upset at times and have been up and down (emotionally) with in the last few hours... he sleeps near me

I had my harp lesson, and I got assigned a private room in my residence.

The AC went out... which isn't good, BUT! It was so hot that we are staying in a hotel with AC and a pool

I don't feel as dizzy as i did the last few days, and that's a good thing because i have to work tonight.

Got to my therapist appoinment in a decent mood. Thr rest of the day will probably be a completly different story, though..

Customers did not flood our store like crazy today because it was too nice a day to go shopping

Had my first appointment with my therapist. Went well.

Finally shut an annoying customer up at work after he managed to prove himself wrong and then realised my solution for his problem was right all along.

my vacuum has arrived dirty dirty floors shall be clean again!

I am off work today!

A little anxious...today is my first session with T2.

My S/O He makes me smile and gives me hugs when i need them

he told me today-- what am i talking about my family being mean to me,, my kitty and him are my family This made me feel so much better..

Washed cleaned vacuumed van....gotta sell 'er....$$$. I need sum of dat stuff.

Tip top job...I did good. 5 hrs...[was pretty rotten] Cripers i'm even going back out in an hour to wax it! [crudely...hot day t'were...it'll be all good]

My son bought me the first 3 seasons of M*A*S*H*

Completed first day of training for the new job. I'm in a very good mood right now, go in at 7 am for first day of in-store training! Just need to remember to remain confident!

I am not alone, I live with a friend now who cares and talks to me, and though things are a little awkward now we can work it out.

I got a free blueberry scone at Starbucks since they didn't have the food I wanted.

I got my CD's packed.

I wrote 2 important letters.

I posted another lot of stuff to Freecycle.

First day of training went wonderful! I go in tomorrow at 6am. I have a really good feeling about this job, I think not only am I going to be good at it and keep it, but I think it will support my goals of making personal progress at home and in my relationship. Hopefully this day is a sign of many changes to come.
