my S/O drove me to work due to i have not been my best lately, and with lack of sleep, and it lightly snowed....
He said he did not want any more added stress on me today   that is a nice and a good thing-- someone irl cares.

I have the motivation to try and do some things today. That's a decent start. I woke up with a little incentive, and that's way better than yesterday.

I emailed one of my professors my group's Powerpoint for our presentation to get feedback before we actually present, and she only had 2 things for us to change, both very minor. First, she said we should put all the group member names on the title slide, and second, she suggested having graphics. I fixed both of those things PLUS added a video pertaining to the topic of the presentation, so I should be getting full points on this assignment. YESS!

I stayed at work all day, despite feeling miserable and wanting to go home and throw the covers over my head...and never go back. And my CCO gave me the green light on my project (despite our d***h*** CFO a-****). In other words, he went to bat for me. And that felt really good.

Relaxed and rubbed my S/O's head.... He's been great with me lately ... My feelings of giving up while at work has also lifted. It does amaze me,.and is a huge sign I think...now need work on confidence!
