Smoked mackerel...with brown rice, vegetables and a sauce of my own concoction that works most of the time...

Man...I really love smoked mackerel...could just eat 'em by themselves and have at times...Yum!

At those times I guess...it would be 'wholly' mackerel fer dinner.... Ok Ok...A real groaner but I hadda say it!

Veg Pizza and a ginormous salad. I am also making veg homemade chili- Football Day! Our turn to host this week.

The pumpkin hard cider may have to wait... we (oops) drank last night and are paying for it. Real. Smart. The night before Football?
