I visited Montreal and we ate this awesome stuff called Poutin or something. It was potatoes or fries, cheese curds, & gravy. Yum Yum!!!

I live in Ontario and there a quite a few Canadians here....nice to meet you. Don't eat Poutin because it has 37 grms of fat and 700 calories.
