Hiya all. Been long time.

I've been trying to make positive changes to my life by being more active instead of whining to people and to myself

So I started doing diet along with exercise and guess what!

I was 90 kg 2 months ago but now I'm 76 kg! With BMI in healthy overweight range!

My goal is 72 kg, so I have to work bit more.

Congrats!! Any chance of a brief rundown of how you did this? It's tough for so many and I'm pretty happy for you. 14 kilos for our standard unit measurement folks here, is 30 pounds. Danged good job TF. Exercise is key. Congrats again!

How I did it was

A. Diet

1. Morning

- Two toasts with mamelade on one toast.

- An Orange

or

- Small instant noodle (Have to admit that it is tough to prepare every meals :/)

2. Afternoon

- 75g Instant noodle

or

- Cheeseburger with garden salad in Mcdonarld's if my friends are going.

3. Dinner

- A sandwich or two toasts again

or

- Korean food with vegetables and meats.

B. Exercise

- 2 hours walk every morning, starting from about 4:30 AM

- Hip hop dance + b-boy top rocks 40 minutes everyday

I loved walking 2 hours with music loud. It feels like I have whole world
Thanks for this!

You ate a lot of carbs so good for you on losing the weight. Shows exercise is key!
