I went to bed with a leg of ham.

I ate about a quarter of it as I was getting to sleep, then occasionally i would munch on it in my sleep i guess. Every now and then I would wake up to go to the toilet or something and i would take another bite. And then of course when i woke up in the morning i ate the remainder of the ham as breakfast.

I went to bed with a leg of ham

Very convenient.

I don't know whether to take this seriously .... or not! I guess it ensures a good, satisfying night's sleep. You're not gonna wake up hungry in the middle of the night! But then again, the aroma of ham all night long ...???? I think I'd wake up craving some mustard, and probably some rye, to put it all together and really just pig out!!

But thanks for this ... the title of the thread is the best I've seen in a long time. It brought a much-needed smile! Thanks ....

my mom always said the only reason the pitbull next door was nice to me was because he had his eye on my nice big "prosciutto" which is, roughly translated, smoked italian pork butt?

I don't know if this is related to eating a ham over 8 hours of sleep but I feel a little sluggish today.

More updates as they come.

Sluggish? As well you should be! Can't find a pig smilie, but it would be appropriate here. But then again, since it was the pig that was being eaten, maybe not ....

Have you ever tried that ham glaze stuff? With the cinnamon cloves? Really tangy and sweet! Did the ham join a teddy bear in bed? Or was it on it's own????

IT, how about some popcorn

or milk

or pizza

or Pepsi

to go with the ham? Then some ice cream for dessert?
