So I finally got my new glasses yesterday!! They've been ready for about a week, but this was the first time I've been home since they were ready.

I love them!! I think they're super cute, and they're also extremely comfortable to wear...my most comfortable ones to date. I've had them on all day and it feels like practically nothing!!

Anyway, here they are:

Got new glasses :D

What do you think?

Being able to see is awesome!! My eyes aren't that bad (about 20/40 or 20/50), but I also have mild astigmatism so glasses help me a decent amount.

Yes, me too! But I had delayed having an eye exam for too long. The doc showed me what my old glasses were seeing, vs. the new ones, and it was quite an "eye opener!" I had actually stopped reading, and resorted to only listening to audio books, and I'm thing the vision deterioration was the reason!

Haha. Wow.

In the past, I've only worn my glasses for distance, but I might start wearing them full time since my eyes are worse than they were when I last had them checked 2 years ago. My astigmatism has gotten worse as has my acuity so glasses make more of a difference now than they did before. It's funny actually to realize what a difference it is!!
