The last couple of weeks have been brutal emotionally. So I knew I needed some form of tactile distraction that I could use when I was having the urge to drink, SI, SU, etc.
Yesterday I got downtown early for my harp lesson, so I went to the new giant Dolleramma store that just openned. I found the best toy ever. It's a little green squishy monster about 5 inches tall, that's covered in soft plastic spikes making it feel like a really soft scrub brush. The best part is it has a ball in it that lights up when squeezed and flashes different colours so it's visually as well as tactily distracting. I've been squeezing the heck out of it, since I got it yesterday and it does help me feel better. Fortunately I'm over 3, since it's rated 3 and up. LOL. splitimage |

Lol that is funny! I just bought a duck to squeeze and when you squeeze him his eyes pop out! Over 3 also! He is good for my stress and arthritis too! Can't let my grand baby see it she will want it! I feel so selfish... Oh No MY TOY!
