I am now home and out of those nasty leotards. Now I know why they call them TIGHTS!!! It is great to be in comfy jammies now.

I get one more day to be my little kids dad...yeah, I'm a lucky lucky man.

Knowing I have one more day of work before a little 4 day getaway

It's a double edge thing for me but I got to say good bye personally in person to yet another coworker that's retiring (3 guys for me, 1, tomorrow is his last day and 2 others in March in addition one is quiting for a better way )
But it's good, cuz good byes are hard with some for me..... {sigh} all have been really great to know. And I'm so happy for them all. And I just got to say good bye...... I'm sure I sounded kid like but I just had to tell him it was nice to meet him....
he appreciated my words ......

Oddly asi was walking away, I saw an old ex coworker that went to an entirely different dept too today ..... some good bye aren't always forever good bye ya know?

Sigh makes me think of one of the guys that will be leaving in March..... Took a lot away with talks from him.... Will have to be sure to say bye before he goes too

i found out i passed my support broker course so now can practice as a qualified independant support broker ... yey!!

the architect who wanted to charge me £900 for a set of drawings which did not meet my needs or spec has accepted my dispute and offer of £500! ...yey!

I was able to get out of the house 2X today.

My kids came over for dinner.

I still had $ in my account for a cab home from work instead of walking in this rain. I wasn't prepared for the rain.

i had such a good day yesterday that today i had the classic symptoms of a mega hangover, guess i was drunk on elation as i have not drunk alcohol in a while now, so the good thing about today is that i made it to bed time and the headache is finally easing!

Made pan seared chicken breasts. Came out great.

The best thing about today is that it is almost over.

I get to see my daughter sing in the kids choir today for grandparents day.

it is 12.05 and I have just woke up from a wonderful deep sleep ... I knew I was tired last night but never thought I would sleep till now! Oh well, bed is warm and comfy, weather outside is wet and windy, have food in freezer and no meetings today so I think I have all the ingredients for a duvet day! yey!

I'm also finally printing off a bunch of stuff that I've been meaning to print off for over a year but haven't gotten around to doing it until now. So yay, I'm not sleep deprived anymore, I have money again, AND I'm being productive!

we filed our tax return the other day and everything's been accepted, just waiting on the refund. our savings account is going to go from nonexistent to awesome in a snap.

my daughter finally understands how to use a spoon.

my family is happy and healthy.

just need to continue with my budget plan and we'll be able to afford a new car and a house in no time

Today is payday, rent is taken care of and some groceries picked up. Yay for a full fridge again.

Got a great sleep, and had a peaceful wakeup/ coffee time. Time to think uncluttered thoughts is a gift!
