Got decent sleep, got up, and actually am not feeling too terribly anxious, as I sometimes do. (Dealing with doctors is a big ole trigger for me.) Have to call around to clinics to see where I can get refill for meds. Silly me left it 'til the very last.

I woke up to a full blue sky and sunshine. The first blue sky since November! Then I made myself a 3 minute mug cake and a coffee.

I performed my guitar and strung and cleaned my guitar in public today. I ate mashed potatoes and mushrooms and onions with gravy like drippings from steak. It was jummy yummy wow! Baby full tummy

My mind was racing as I walked quickly up the hill coming home from work and I didn't realize how fast I walked uphill. My chest didn't hurt much, my heart wasn't racing as much and my legs weren't as tired. I guess my cardio is stronger as well as my leg muscles

I got out my mat with leery feeling but I got up from some stretches but really what made me smile was after I got up my cat rolled all over the mat
