after an hour of agony last night as my body rejected my supper (think i bought some dodgy chicken eventhough i cooked it well) i have managed to keep everything down today so far!

My friends had a get-together. I did not isolate myself, I got up, got dressed, brushed my teeth and went. Knowing I belong and I am one of them is the best feeling in the world.

My new neighbor offered to help me while I am recuperating... she is encouraging me to stay in bed and rest and to take care.
 she is going to the market and offered to pick up whatever I need. What a sweetie! She even offered to do my laundry. It touched my heart.

I did not wake up in time to reach my goal. I isolated today. Just felt flat. Need to exercise if I wake up feeling that way. Otherwise, just wake up to do the errand.
