My son's girlfriend baked muffins and lemon tarts for him to bring home. They were yummy.

I had a long talk with my Director of Nursing at work today. Made me feel good to be told that I was well-liked at work and that she could see I was a competent and conscientious nurse.

I was given three free loaves of 12 grain bread, fresh baked, from the deli, simply because they did not rise like the store wished they would. They are still fresh baked and delicious, and I got them for free.
