I have my own horrid emotions and with BTD im so sensitive I feel other's emotions too :-(
At the moment my Husband is very low ,my 20 year old son is suffering mild depression and my 11 year old is having a tough time with his moods and anxiety so now im feeling my own sadness ,anxiety ,fear that its multiplied by 3 :-( Anybody else feel the same ?? Sorry for my self pity :-(

Yes....you are not alone. I feed on the emotions of people on here. I feel like I can offer helpful advice and suggestions for a while, but after a while it all starts affecting me. I know I can't do a darn thing for other people much less myself most of the time, and it just hurts so bad.... I definitely get it.
